Welcome to an Easier,
More Peaceful Way of Being

I'm Suzanne, a non-dual coach. Non-duality is the simple yet profound understanding that everything is interconnected- it's all one unified whole, including you. That could sound 'woo-woo', but it's the exact opposite.

From the moment we are born, we are taught by our environment to see ourselves as separate and incomplete. This is reinforced by society, which pressures us to compare ourselves to others and constantly strive for self-improvement, making it easy to lose sight of our inherent wholeness.

As a result, we often feel like something is missing- a sense of peace, fulfillment, or connection - which we then spend our lives trying to find in external things and other people.

This constant search for that "missing piece" keeps us in a perpetual cycle, striving to find peace. Paradoxically, it is this very search for peace that leads us instead to stress, worry, and anxiety.

But what if that sense of lack is just an illusion? What if you’re already whole, and the peace you seek is already here? My role is to help you rediscover that wholeness and completeness within, revealing the freedom and peace that naturally emerge from this realization.

Through non-dual coaching, we explore this deeper truth. We go beyond the surface and look directly at who you truly are—beyond the conditioned beliefs and thoughts that create a sense of separation. This isn’t about adopting new beliefs or discarding old ones; it’s about freeing yourself from the need for any belief at all.

Our work together isn’t just theoretical. We’ll engage in direct inquiry, testing these ideas against your own experience, peeling back the layers of thought and conditioning that obscure your true nature.

The result? A profound sense of freedom, clarity, and peace.

Non-duality isn’t a complex philosophy; it’s a practical, down-to-earth understanding of life that reveals the simplicity at the core of our existence. It’s not about escaping reality but fully embracing it - seeing life as it truly is and finding peace within it.

If you’re ready to let go of the struggle and reconnect with your true self, I’m here to guide you.

I focus on two things:
Peace and Well-Being

And I offer this in four different forms

Individual Coaching:
1) Private or 2) Corporate

Coaching Beyond Thought and Belief

In a world driven by constant challenges and the pursuit of success, our minds often become our greatest obstacles. But what if a deeper understanding of the nature of thought and the mind could lead to an effortless shift in how we approach both life and work?

Welcome to a unique coaching experience that invites you to go beyond conventional understanding and explore the deeper nature of thoughts.

The Power of Non-Dual Coaching

Imagine finally being able to let go of the stress, anxiety, and self-doubt that have weighed you down—not through more striving, but through a deeper understanding of the nature of thought.

As we gain a better understanding of the mind’s true nature, it leads to an endless array of benefits: reduced mental stress, enhanced well-being, improved relationships with others, and a newfound sense of ease in creativity and problem-solving. These changes directly impact efficiency, innovation, and overall business results.

This program is not about solving problems; it’s an introduction to fundamentally changing how you perceive not just problems, but yourself, other people, and the world.

This program isn’t about adopting new beliefs or changing old ones; it’s about seeing the limitations of all beliefs and discovering the freedom that arises when you realize what they truly are: A mind struggling with its own creations.

"Beyond Thought and Belief: Embracing Life As It Is" - A Combined Course/Coaching Program

While this four-session course provides a powerful introduction to the principles of non-duality, it is only the beginning. Truly understanding and integrating these concepts is a daily and lifelong process. The aim of this program is to open up new perspectives, challenge existing beliefs, and invite participants to explore the world in a new way, thereby finding relief from stress, anxiety, or any other form of psychological discomfort.

This is not a quick fix, but an introduction to what could be the beginning of your journey toward a more conscious life and lasting change. Here’s what you can eventually expect:

In relationships: Seeing yourself and others without the lens of judgment or comparison, letting go of fears and self-criticism, and eventually being able to simply "be yourself."

At work: Every day, every conflict, every challenge becomes an opportunity to delve deeper into life, and all the possibilities that were previously hidden behind stress and pressure are now met with calmness and creativity.

In daily life: You will experience time itself in a different way. Free from past regrets and the constant pressure of a future that doesn’t exist, stress diminishes, anxiety fades, and your overall well-being improves.

Why Choose This Path?

This program is not about adding more to your life—it’s about seeing what is imagined and what is true, and then letting go of what no longer serves you effortlessly.

As you begin to see through the complexity created by the mind, you will feel a clarity and calm you never thought possible, in the simplicity that the present moment offers.

Whether you are a leader looking to create a more cohesive and innovative team, or an individual seeking a deeper understanding of life, this coaching offers a transformative journey. The potential outcomes are not just about better performance, but about a profound shift in how you experience life itself.

Elevating Awareness, Transforming Results

In today’s high-pressure business environment, mental well-being is not just important - it’s foundational to success. Leaders today are navigating unprecedented complexity, where the ability to manage not only tasks but also the intricate dynamics of human interaction is more crucial than ever.

Unlike typical corporate trainings that focus on surface-level strategies, my workshops and speaking engagements delve deep into the hidden forces that truly shape every interaction at work - your team’s thoughts, feelings, and unconscious conditioning. These are the unseen elements that, when understood, can liberate your team from the limiting beliefs and habitual patterns that hold them back.

By shedding light on these powerful yet often overlooked aspects, your team will experience a profound shift in perspective. They will see beyond the familiar narratives that constrain creativity and collaboration, unlocking a new realm of potential that has always been present but simply unnoticed.

These sessions go beyond mere information - they are genuinely transformative. Your team will walk away with a heightened awareness and practical tools that don’t just improve individual well-being, but elevate the entire organization’s capacity for innovation, leadership, and success.

This is not just another training - it’s a revolution in how your team understands and engages with reality.

The core themes of my four-session coaching program also form the foundation of my workshops and talks. While the structure and duration of these sessions can be tailored to fit the time available and specific challenges of each audience, the essential principles of non-duality remain at the heart of every presentation.

If you’re ready to create a workplace that thrives on deeper awareness, well-being and true potential, let’s connect. Email me at sl@suzannelang.com or call +46 702 45 71 45 to discuss how we can collaborate to bring about the transformation you’re seeking.

Embracing Life As It Is

Welcome to A Space of Self-Discovery
And the Power of Inquiry!

This comprehensive four-session course and coaching program is designed and structured to introduce you to the essentials of non-duality, blending theory with real-life applications, direct experience exercises, and personalized coaching.

Before you have to make any decisions, we will have an initial 45-60 minute connection call, completely free of charge. Here, we’ll get to know each other a little, we'll talk about you, your challenges and expectations and I'll tell you more about the program and what you can (and cannot) expect and answer any questions you might have. From there you can take the time you need to decide if you would like to proceed or not. No pressure. If you decide it is not for you, I fully understand.

If you do, however, decide to embark on this transformative journey together, I welcome you wholeheartedly and we will continue with four 90-minute sessions, scheduled at intervals that accommodate your pace. Each session is complemented with relevant materials provided in PDF format, which you can review and reflect on at your own leisure. Our sessions will be conducted via Zoom, recorded, and uploaded to your personal portal for anytime access. Session 1: Uncovering the Many Lenses of Conditioning

Session Overview

Many of us believe that we see the world as it truly is, but what if our perception is merely a reflection of ingrained beliefs and values that aren't even our own? In this session, we open up to the possibility that the way we see the world is always a subjective experience. Our unique conditioning acts as an invisible lens through which we interpret everything. By becoming aware of this lens, we can begin to question and explore how the beliefs of previous generations and society shape our ideas of right and wrong, success and failure, happiness and suffering, and start the process of questioning the very foundation of our assumptions. The result is a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, leading to greater freedom and inner peace.

Session Breakdown

  • Theory: We'll define what conditioning is and discuss how societal norms and cultural expectations shape our personal beliefs and behaviors. We'll examine the interplay between collective and personal conditioning and its pervasive impact on our lives.

  • Real-life Applications: By examining specific instances from both personal and professional settings, we'll see how deeply conditioning influences our reactions and decisions, often causing unnecessary suffering.

  • Direct Experience: Through guided exercises, we will start to peel away layers of conditioned beliefs to touch the essence of our true nature. These experiences are vital for fostering a genuine understanding and embodiment of well-being.

  • Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

  • By recognizing how deeply past generations have conditioned our perception of life, you can begin to see yourself and your motivations more clearly. This awareness is the first step toward making conscious choices rather than being driven by unconscious patterns.

Session 2: Revealing the Nature of Thought

Session Overview

The "nature" of something refers to its fundamental characteristics, traits, or inherent attributes, encompassing its behavior, functions, and properties. Understanding the nature of something often involves asking questions like "What is it?", "What does it do?", and "What are its essential qualities?".

We all know that we think, but we rarely question our thinking; instead, we view it as something real that we can control and manipulate at will. Because it feels so real and compelling and we have never been taught otherwise, we readily believe every thought that pops into our head, mistaking it for truth.

These thoughts, in turn, influence our emotions and shape how we feel in any given moment. This unquestioned acceptance of thoughts and their impact on our emotions is the root of our suffering. By learning to question our automatic belief in and acceptance of thoughts as true, we can begin to reduce our suffering and gain a clearer understanding of how our thought patterns actually work - and how they govern our emotions.

Session Breakdown

  • Theory: We'll take a look into the transient and deceptive nature of thoughts, illustrating how they are not solid or enduring entities, but fleeting and shape-shifting phenomena.

  • Real-life Applications: We will explore practical scenarios demonstrating how thoughts impact decision-making, communication, and emotional states like anxiety and stress.

  • Direct Experience: Participants will engage in exercises designed to observe their thoughts in real time, fostering a direct understanding of how thoughts arise and dissolve, and their lack of and objective or inherent truth.

  • Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.

KEY TAKEAWAY:

  • We will begin to see what it is that propels us into states of confusion such as stress and anxiety while also discovering what brings us back to a state of clarity and sanity (ie. mental peace).

  • Understanding the nature of thought and conditioning reduces stress, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

Self on woman no text

Session 3: The Heart of All Our Suffering

Session Overview

In this session, we start questioning this "self" that dictates so much of our lives - from the smallest decisions to our biggest fears. We'll uncover how this sense of self, which feels so real and critical to our identity, is not an essential truth, but actually just a mental construct- an idea crafted in  our minds with thought. While our natural impulse is to defend and protect this identity, we'll see how that struggle not only limits us, but is at the very core of our personal and relational struggles and deepest sufferings.

Questioning this central part of our identity may sound both frightening and unsettling, but the freedom it offers when glimpsed is nothing short of revolutionary. Gradually, you may begin to see yourself and the world around you in an entirely different light—more connected, more peaceful, and fundamentally whole.

Session Breakdown

  • Theory: We introduce concepts of the "I" or "self," and discuss the phenomena of No-doer and No-controller, challenging the notion that there's a distinct entity driving our thoughts and actions.

  • Real-life Applications: Through vivid, relatable examples, we'll identify how this concept of "I" appears in everyday situations, helping to demystify it.

  • Direct Experience: Exercises designed to experience the spaciousness of our true being— a boundless space where everything is accepted, and where the limitations of the "self" dissolve.

  • Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic

KEY TAKEAWAY:

  • Shame and blame often arise from our belief in a distinct 'me' who makes decisions and takes actions. As we explore how this 'separate self' is more of a mental construct than a true controller of our lives, we naturally start to let go of these heavy feelings. This insight doesn't just relieve personal guilt - it frees us to interact with others more openly and compassionately.

  • Realizing that our actions are often shaped by learned responses doesn't lessen our accountability; instead, it enriches our understanding of responsibility. This awareness doesn’t isolate us but connects us more deeply with the world, enhancing our capacity for empathy and our ability to engage meaningfully with others.

Session 4: The Freedom of Awareness & Allowing

Session Overview

The final session in the series will tie together the concepts we've discussed. We will explore how all change begins with us, and everything outside of us is a reflection of this inner foundation. This understanding naturally creates a sense of peace, and when you are at peace, those you love, as well as those you work with, can also be at peace.

The awareness of the nature of thought brings us freedom—freedom from the past, from anxiety about a future we can never truly know, from inherited beliefs, and from the suffering that arises when we mistake thoughts for reality.

Session Breakdown

  • Theory: The importance of awareness in well-being and resilience

  • Real-life Applications : How simply being aware of awareness can transform daily life and work.

  • Direct Experience: Welcoming any experience into your experience and seeing that you are always ok.

  • Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.

KEY TAKEAWAY:

  • Awareness of our conditioning is the key to liberation, allowing us to live a life that is free, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

KEY TAKEAWAY:

  • Awareness of our conditioning is the key to liberation, allowing us to live a life that is free, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

What are the benefits?

While this four-session course provides a powerful introduction to the principles of Non-duality, it is just the beginning. True understanding and integration of these concepts is a daily, lifelong process. The intention of this program is to open up new perspectives, challenge existing beliefs, and invite participants to explore the world in a new way and by doing that find relief from stress, anxiety or any other form of psychological discomfort.

This is not a quick fix, but an introduction to what could be the start (or continuation!) of a transformative journey towards deeper awareness and lasting change. This is what you can eventually expect:

  • When we become aware of the nature of thought and how conscious thoughts and unconscious beliefs drive our emotions, we also become aware of how much we actually judge during the day and compare ourselves to others. This realization leads to much less drama and conflict in life.
  • Greater capacity is the ability to sit with discomfort. When we understand the connection between thoughts and emotions, we can more easily allow them all without resisting anything. Thus, we look forward to that which before we dreaded knowing it brings more peace.
  • By understanding the subjectivity of thought in relation to reality, we can approach other people's actions and ways of being with genuine empathy and authentic compassion. We allow different viewpoints to just be what they are, fostering better communication and more authentic relationships.
  • Understanding that thoughts are transient and constantly changing helps us realize that we don't need to get caught up in every thought that arises. This leads to increased emotional resilience and a greater capacity to navigate crises, conflicts, and unexpected situations, allowing us to handle them more effectively.
  • By seeing through the transient nature of thoughts, it helps us avoid impulsive decisions based on fleeting thoughts or intense emotions that arise alongside them leaving space for more rational decision-making.

"Suzanne has been invaluable in my journey towards freeing myself from self-limiting beliefs. With coaching tailored to my personal situation, she has truly provided the guidance I need to shift my perspective, quiet my thoughts, and stand firmly in the whirlwinds of life. I no longer doubt myself. Instead, I feel light, motivated, intuitive, creative, and joyful."

- Johanna Wallin, Switzerland

"Suzanne is amazing. She has a completely holistic approach to her coaching and truly sees you for who you are. She helped me see through what I found challenging and recognized strengths where I saw weaknesses. But above all, she dared to challenge my way of thinking and encouraged seeing things from new perspectives, which can be really uncomfortable at times, but oh so rewarding and helpful! The journey I took with Suzanne as my coach has been incredibly valuable, both for me as a leader in my work and in my personal life."

-Helena Enfors, Site Manager

"I want you to know that I am very grateful for everything, and I think that you explain something so unexplainable in a very understandable way!"

-Frida S, Aspiring Seamstress

"Thoughts are a significant part of life that can easily take control. The course has helped me see that a thought is just a thought. The thought doesn't always need to be decisive or conclusive; it can sometimes just pass by.

This creates a sense of freedom both personally and in my work. It also provides a sense of calm to be able to accept that the situation is as it is right now. That clarity will come sooner or later.

The course's structure with multiple sessions provides a good context. It feels professional and educational for me as a participant. It's also beneficial to be able to listen to a section afterwards.

Suzanne conveys a great sense of competence, warmth, and kindness throughout the course.

The course has opened up and created a journey within myself. A personal journey in life with an unknown destination, and it feels exciting."

-Ulf
A participant on my 5-week online course

"It feels so reassuring to listen to you. What you have to say feels so important and right, and your own sense of security brings a calmness and credibility to it all."

-Erik A.,Engineer & High School Teacher

evie-s-PekUbGZQMlM-unsplash

"The course has truly helped me to gain a deeper understanding of myself and what we fundamentally are. That the 'self' is just a construct around which we constantly define ourselves and create our own reality.

All the 'dramas' and beliefs that become more or less true depending on how we manage and believe in our thoughts and feelings about them. The most powerful key that resonated with me after the course is that there is nothing to defend and therefore nothing we deeply need to resist. Accept life as it actually is, not as we think it is.

Suzanne conveys this difficult subject in a very enthusiastic, clear, and effective way. She is truly passionate about the subject and about helping others. She has offered free coaching sessions and is incredibly generous with her knowledge, experience, availability, and deep goodwill towards us participants.

I highly recommend this course for anyone seeking tools to better and more peacefully manage their burdensome and challenging thoughts."
